MembrainSFC PDA and OEE
An important facet of Production Data Acquisition is the IT-driven capture of information / business data right where it is generated in production. This requires the integration of production components to supply the production data. Traditional Production Data Acquisition solutions do not have generic interfaces to allow bringing together operational data from all the different physical components involved, and are often far too costly. MembrainSFC PDA (Production data acquisition ) is a practical and low-cost solution for capturing production data, which can grow with the demands of management and users for more production data capture. It already contains as standard the components needed to provide quick and successful solutions to give access to existing production data, which can then be extended to provide a complete shop-floor system or production data acquisition system.
MembrainSFC MDC
MembrainSFC MDC, as part of a production data acquisition system, sup-ports automatic data capture through its interfaces to all popular control systems and OPC-servers. The production data can, for example, also be entered manually when preparing or starting processing. Machine monitoring is normally done in realtime with the option of escalating critical conditions directly as part of the production data capture. Reports and statistics can be made available locally or passed back up (to ERP or PDA production data acquisition) for further processing. Membrain machine data capture can act as a component of a third-party production data capture system, or within the Membrain production data acquisition system.
MembrainPAS PLC
MembrainPAS PLC, which is a package product and a component of Production Data Acquisition, is designed to be linked to any PLC system at low cost. The production data are then available either from the control system or via the OPC, making it very easy to continue its processing, right through to creating direct postings in a third-party system such as SAP/R3, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or to a database. And transferring it to a Production Data Acquisition system is also easy to set up.
